「After a long day of traveling, everything fell into place. Easy to find parking, pleasant staff at check-in, convenient elevator location, clean room, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and even pre-set to a good temperature. Tons of food options across the street. Even though it was late, we still got a good meal. Breakfast was more than adequate with lots of options.」

「Stayed at the tower. Room is clean, spacious and the view is spectacular. Will definitely return to this hotel when we go to Kelowna next time. Location is great, Walmart, Costco, superstore are all nearby. My family loves the room and my mom already requested to stay at this hotel again next time.」

「隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。」
