"The signal for the TV was so weak that the TV froze. I couldn't watch TV all night. Also, the toilet ran all night. The bed was very comfortable. "

"Super clean! Breakfast great! The only problem was that I went from far and pick this hotel mainly because on the heated pool , on phone they told me the pool was around 82/88 and didn’t happen when I was there. I was sad and since the kids were skiing all day that was the only thing we were going to do sit by the pool but couldn’t put my feet inside. Super cold and I was super desapointed. So if you go for the pool forget it. Pick a different place but every thing else was good."

"Excellent location of hotel. The room was clean (no issues). From check-in to check out the staff was accommodating, courteous, friendly & helpful. Wi-Fi connected efficiently and breakfast was good. I believe guests would be satisfied staying at the hotel."

"It was a quick stay for us, but the lobby is massive, the staff are friendly and the food from the kitchen was wonderful."

"I do not recommend staying here, our room was filthy, the floor had not been swept , there was dust on everything, i had to wipe everything down! Listing said room had fridge and microwave, however there was no microwave and when i inquired about it i was told i had to use at front desk! Towels severely stained and dingy looking, also no coffee maker in room which every hotel ive stayed has a coffee maker, there was a cabinet under the tv that had garbage and there was trash in back of every nightstand and furniture, like i said i would not recommend staying here, not worth $100 a night. The only plus is its 2 minutes from Woodbury Commons. If i could i would only give 1/2 star !!!!!!!"
