「Pre-check in comms and answering cell number after arrival were very poorly handled. Would have been better to be able to chat to someone to get the details from a human than just a board at reception when we arrived. 」

「Katharina is a great hostess, she gave us some wonderful recommendations during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean, even a sheet to sleep under, not just a duvet. You could make your own coffee, tea or hot chocolate and there were water bottles in the fridge. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Delicious fresh fruit salad and a large selection of cooked and cold food. We would most certainly stay here again.」

「The tent is amazing, very clean with everything you need. The Wi-Fi is really poor. Bit disappointed that there is no welcome food hamper, particularly as the shop closes at 5pm and the on site restaurant didn’t open. The hot tub was full of murky water and there wasn’t enough wood for the fire and the hot tub. Felt it was a little expensive. 」

They helped with getting us a car rental and made some excellent suggestions for dinner in the area. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh, the room was spotless with daily housekeeping. We would recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit the Hermanus area. The mountain views from our terrace were spectacular as well. Be sure to book several nights, because you won’t want...

A very comfortable bed, everything was spotlessly clean and shiny. The breakfast was delicious too.
