城市税好似與 Hotels.com的廣告不相同。」

「The overall of the hotel is great and highly recommended. The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.」

「A cute hotel in a small town. The staff had been very helpful and caring. On the canal. Very queit and peaceful. Stayed for several days due to a business trip. No uber service around. You may need to book local taxi services by phone or online. Metro is about 800m away if you want to travel to cities like Rotterdam. 「House keeping wasn't doing good. Didn't refill the toilet paper and shampoo. Sometimes didn't replace the towels even they were on the ground. Sometimes didn't even come in the room for cleaning.」

「Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a...
