「Staff were very good and extremely helpful with requests. There is a 24 hour reception and a small bar/restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are large and very clean. Quiet with the exception of flight noise. This appears to be the closest hotel to the airport. Bus number 973 from arrivals will take you to the hotel which is just 2 stops away (0.9 miles). Just 3 minutes walk from the bus stop to the hotel reception. Similarly, 973 bus from the same stop will take you to the airport departures. Number...

「Delightful hotel - we would happily stay again. Quite centrally located in a nice area (although all of Bergamo seemed very pleasant from what we saw). Spacious bedrooms, reception staff extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. A welcome drink on the first night was a lovely bonus. We didn't sample the breakfast as there are so many cafes in the city to try, but it looked good.
