Hotel Baluarte
Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, close to the Zócolo and malecón, and has a pool. I will stay here again next time I visit Veracruz! Only improvement I would appreciate is a jacuzzi.

Ruiz Milán Hotel
Wonderful staff and fantastic location but this is a 2-star hotel. You get what you pay for. You may get mould on walls, only half the light fixtures working and a cockroach on your bed as we did. And we supposedly got a renovated room. So if you’re looking for practical this is your place but not ...
