「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」

The staff is wonderful, the coffee set up in the morning is perfect, the nightly turn down service includes a delicious treat (often fresh baked cookies still warm) and the rooms are large and beautiful. Very conveniently walking distance to all the restaurants. I love this hotel!」
