Could not have been happier with this hotel, close to Doges Palace and St Marks but on the other side of the Grand Canal which makes it much quieter and less hectic. The hotel is beautiful, full of stunning art (all available to purchase), the views are great (worth paying up for a canal view imho) and the staff superb, could not have been more helpful.

The hotel view is amazing, but besides that the house keeping is horrible, the room service is awful, only sandwishes, and some of the staff is very rude.... I dont think this is a 5 star hotel, and it is definitely doesnt worth the money !!!

Right on the Grand Canal, near St. Markā€™s Square, but on the other side of the Canal. Itā€™s a little walk to the nearest bridge. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was a unique design but pleasant. Breakfast buffet was good.

Gorgeous property right on the grand canal. It was close to major attractions and was easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Our stay was absolutely perfect!
