Centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Vanessa and team were very responsive to our needs even prior to our stay. One recommendation for the hotel is to change the tub-shower door/barrier as they only have the 1/3 screen barrier. If one isn’t super careful when showering, water ends up all over the floor. I know this is common in Europe but it seems like a lot of hotels are getting away from this type of shower configuration and setting up fully enclosed shower stalls. And for those choosing this hotel because they have a clothes washing machine, be warned there is a 50 euro charge to use it. Luckily we weren’t planning or counting on using it. Otherwise, it’s a great choice if you want to stay close to the big sites in Venice! FYI, if you need to catch an early flight out of Venice, it’s a 160 euro water taxi ride from hotel to Airport. We had a 3:30am taxi pick up scheduled in order to catch our 6am flight. Something else to consider if you’re looking to stay in this hotel.

What a perfect place to stay and in Venice. Windows look over a small inner canal! So picturesque! The staff were helpful with any directions we needed and everything was so close. Yet it was off the tourist path. The rooms were lovely and all the amenities of home including laundry. It was in fact a huge apartment, even 2 bathrooms. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard.

This darling place is located in the perfect location. They gave us easy directions to get there. Vanessa at the front desk is AMAZING. She is so helpful and helped us get a water taxi, literally 3 steps away to get to our cruise ship shuttle drop off place. Beautiful views of the canal and gondolas floating by. We loved this place!
