"The location and staff were wonderful. This hotel is central to everything making it a great place to easily walk all the sites in Venice. Breakfast has plenty of options with both breads and proteins and helpful staff. Like everything in Venice, the hotel is old. It is clean but a bit run down and in need of renovation. Bathrooms are small and the shower is TINY. Had a great stay overall and would stay here again. "

"I had to find a hotel in Venice with a workout room, specifically a spin bike, and this was one of the only affordable places. It wasn’t in the location I wanted but it turned out to be in a great spot. It was easy to get to from the airport (bus) and it was right next to a vaporetto stop, which took us either up the canal or straight to St. Marks Square. Breakfast was fabulous too, plus they had a nice onsite restaurant, which was handy because we arrived at dinner time and didn’t have the energy to go look for a place to eat. "

"This property is beautiful, the staff are incredible and extremely helpful. This location is perfect for a stay in Venice. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. convenient to the water bus and a 15 minute walk to St Marks Square. Just be advised there is no elevator, so lots of stairs"
