The rooms could use a bit of restoration and detailing but great location! Super peaceful and right by a dock so if you get private water taxi (which highly recommend for Venice!) you are right there! The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and just overall the best!!!!

We loved our stay at Hotel Santo Stefano and would stay there again. The room was clean and big enough for us. We're still getting accustomed to having ac in Italy but limited cooling for what we're used to back home but that is common here. The staff were exceptional. They were 100 out of 10. Fun, helpful and welcoming with good English. We did breakfast service just once but it was very good. After the staff, the location was the next best feature. Just far enough away from the madness of St Marks Square and Rialto but close enough. Very easy walk to the Accademia Bridge. Highly recommend.

The hotel was excellent and would absolutely stay again! Good size bathroom and shower that didn’t feel cramped. Ali’s had a convenient magnifying mirror for the ladies! The staff was friendly and helpful. Close walking to the city sites!!! Perfect!

This is a delightful little hotel on a Venetian square, near St. Mark's, gondola tours, restaurants and cafes, and pretty much anything else you might want. It is beautiful & perfectly maintained. It is both historic and up-to-date--lots of electrical outlets and excellent wifi. Best of all is the staff, who are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating, but never at all overbearing. Very highly recommended.
