Leondoro is a lovely, wonderful, charming countryside hotel that is quaint, picturesque, cozy and quiet. It is conveniently located, just a 10 minute car ride to Mirano center and a 15 minute walk to the train station to get to Venice, Padova in about a 20 minute ride. Margaret, Jonny, Peter and all their staff are so kind, friendly and warm hearted. They treated us like family. If you like to have a cozy country side vacation, we highly recommend Leondoro. They have large grounds with plenty of space, a beautiful large pool, playground with many activities for kids including a zip line, football, badminton, ping pong,swings, sea saw, a cute pond with a duck family. Our daughter and friends enjoyed playing a lot on the grounds. We will take home great memories to last a lifetime.

Excellent Hotel for a family trip...Fantastic environment... The owners really make the utmost to make feel at home... It is dog friendly and it has a impressive external area a good pool - The access friom the hotel to Mestre railroad station (where you can park safely your car to go to Venice) is just 10 minutes driving - Good price/benefit ratio - we recommend and we will return...

The property says it has air conditioning but when we arrived we were told it's not the season for it. We were put on the top floor which was hot and stifling. The told us to open the windows which did not help at all. My family and I were not able to sleep the entire night. We decided to leave on the second day. I tried to get my money back but they told me it was not responsible I will not be staying here again

la gérante est sympathique mais un peu dépassé ,la chambre pas ouverte depuis longtemps,(araignées,poussiéres ect) la télévision ne marchait pas mais aucune solution proposée et l'endroit est infesté de moustiques(beaucoup d'eau stagnante) petit déjeuner trés moyen

Bel endroit , bien situé pour Visite de venise !

Etape dans cet hôtel sur la route entre la croatie et la France , bien situé pour aller visiter venise , un train vous y emmène en 20 minutes endroit calme malgré l'autoroute pas loin , la gérante est serviable , super sympa, et parle le français , elle vous donne des bonnes infos pour la visite le petit déjeuner est complet et servi dehors sur la terrasse ! parking privé et surveillé , important ca nous étions venus avec une moto sur remorque .. Bel endroit , rapport qualité prix intéressant , on recommande sans problème 👍

Soldies Hotel mit altmodischem Charme

Solides und etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber. Einfache, altmodische Einrichtung. Die Klimaanlage schaffte es leider nicht, das Zimmer bei sommerlichen Außentemperaturen richtig runterzukühlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach aber gut. Das Personal war freundlich.

Struttura un tempo sicuramente molto bella. Camere datate, ma cmq pulite e confortevoli. Molto gentile la proprietaria tutto fare, presente dalla colazione alla notte. Colazione un po misera, belli gli spazi esterni, divertente la piscina con scivolo. Attenzione agli extra, late check in (siamo arrivati alle 23) costa 30 Euro e non e' specificato nelle descrizioni. IL resto tutto ok, bello per qualche giorno.

Some pros, some cons

This was a middling hotel. The welcome we received was very underwhelming, having had to find a side gate as the main gates were closed and nobody could be roused to let us in. After a while the lady warmed up a little so I don't think we had seen her best side first off. The breakfast was sufficient with the highlight being fruits freshly grown in the garden and homemade cherry pie. The wifi was hopeless however, only available in the lobby and not a strong signal there. And the aircon was dreadfully underpowered, not adequate after a hot day but sufficient when the weather was cloudy. The location was good however with Mira-Mirano station being a short drive or a longer walk, from where trains to Venice were only 20 mins or so. The restaurant was closed when we visited (COVID times) which was understandable but you might have struggled if you didn't have a car to get to other restaurants.

We had a great stay. The hotel is very close to the train station and we could easily go to Venise (20 minutes by train). Extremely convenient with a very nice pool. Dinner was also delicious. I would highly recommend it!
