When we checked in the young man was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. I really liked the shower! The lady day we went to breakfast at 7:30 (opened at 7) and everything was almost gone —they had a bus tour there but we were disappointed that morning. The other mornings it was fine with a big selection. Good location for taking the tram into Venice.

This is a good location, close to the tram to go into Venice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had an early flight and they got us a shuttle and packed us a breakfast box. The hotel could use a bit of updating but it’s clean had all the amenities and even some Easter goodies in each room

Nice place

The staff was super sweet and helpful. The room was different than others we have stayed in, but still adequate. You could tell that the furnishings were older, but that was ok. About 1.5 miles from the train station but only .3 miles to the metro center for teams and busses. Takes about 20 minutes to get to Venice from there. Not too many eating establishments near, but we walked a bit and did laundry, ate and shopped. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Vi bodde här en natt för vårat besök i Venedig. Hotellet var över förväntan kontra bilderna. Fräscht central och otroligt trevlig personal som även lät oss parkera gratis dagen därpå efter att vi hade checkat ut.

Muy bueno

Fuimos solo por una noche. La atención del personal muy buena, pudimos dejar las maletas y el coche hasta las 18 hs sin problemas, el desayuno correcto. Lo único que no le vendría mal es modernizarlo un poco, es una pena porque los servicios son de 4* pero la imagen no.

Llegué y no tenian mi reservacion, que por que no se dieron cuenta de que sobrevendieron las habitaciones, me enviaron a otro hotel mucho mas caro, sin desayuno incluido y tuve que volver a pagar, estabamos muy cansados del viaje, llegamos a las 12 de la noche y lo que uno quiere es llegar sin problemas a descanzar por que al dia siguiente salimos temprano. Ahora a perder tiempo en reclamar a la compañia Expedia que fue donde se contrató por internet
