Excellent location and excellent staff. It had a bus route to Venice right at the front of the hotel. The only drawbacks were the rooms were quite old, they were clean but the age was showing. Further, the area was a bit shady. Overall it was great.

The room was spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Although we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator our bags were willingly carried to our room by staff members.

The room that we got stunk of old cigarettes. The bathroom was cramped due to direction the door opened. Fortunately, the staff were great.

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The hotel is not within walking distance of Venice. But there is a public bus that is convenient. The breakfast was good, but there was no black tea. Black tea is essential for a breakfast service.

Staff was kind and helpful. New owners they are working out the little things like a phone in the room that works. They have a handy cap lift other than that u use the stairs. Breakfast was very good. Some staff don’t speak very good English but the manager speaks very well to make up for that. All round good experience.

Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile la camera era pulita e non mancava nulla. La colazione buona. Sono stata 2 giorni solo per lavoro e l'ho scelto perchè è a breve distanza dalla stazione, è stata una piacevole sorpresa.

O hotel é antigo, é administrado por uma família muito gentil, é perceptível que estão arrumando o hotel aos poucos , o inconveniente é o cheiro insuportável de cigarro no quarto que ficamos, café da manhã razoável, tem estacionamento com um valor adicional bem próximo , ponto de ônibus do lado do hotel que facilita muito

Personale molto simpatico e accogliente. Struttura nella norma. Ben curata. Per la mia stanza esposta ad ovest se la giornata è molto calda si rischia di trovare la sera la stanza soffocante di calore. Purtroppo l’ areazione entra in funzione solo a maggio per regolamento comunale. Un ristorante è molto vicino, ede è specializzato in carni di ogni tipo. Buona la pizzeria distante 200 metri il Chicchirichi.
