My boyfriend and I stayed here just for 2 nights at the start of our time in Italy, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the canal. I would definitely stay here again for the great location and easy access. The staff online were extremely helpful with getting us to check in and out so easily!!

This place is a great location right by the water taxi, easy to walk to anywhere. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. So much history it was so great to stay there.

I didn’t pay attention that hotel has no concierge and the desk. Which justify the price. Very affordable. However all the instruction: how to check in, how to enter the building, how to get to the room was clearly explained in messages I received trough Expedia. Ferryboat station was right in front of the hotel and that was life saver. View from our room was amazing - overlooking the main canal.

We loved our stay here! Being right on the water really was such a treat and we’re glad we chose this location. The property is great and well maintained. Our room was good, I will say it felt a bit dusty and damp (the bathroom especially felt damp, and there was some mold around the shower) however I think this may just be part of living in Venice and living right near the water. This did not actually detract too much from our enjoyment of our stay! It was comfortable and had all that we needed for a great stay. The location itself is pretty good too I’d say because it’s almost equal distance from the train station and the city centre.

The hotel is very well located, the room was comfortable, however the cooling system wasn’t working, we reported it but they didn’t fix it completely as by night the room temperature was unbearable. Apparently it was affecting the whole hotel…

Defo will not stay here again. Absolutely insane and time consuming check in method, no staff on site to help, air con did not work, bathroom fan did not work, bedside light did not work, seals around shower did not work, bathroom door handle did not work. Wardrobe door did not work. Beautiful collection of black damp mould in the shower cubicle and under the towel rail and signs of removal of it from under the air con unit. It seems a suite here consists of a bedroom, shower room and a small walk in cupboard that house an unusable wardrobe that has the top corner sawn off so it fits the space. I know space is at a premium in Venice but this tiny area does not qualify as a suite. The 2 chairs were arse numbing to sit on. Luckily only stayed one night and spent as little time there as possible. If you do decide to stay here and get the San Marco “suite”, have a look behind the chest in the bedroom and see if the broken air freshener is still there. Presumably it was meant to hide the damp smell? View was great, balcony not big / stable enough to sit on. Linen was clean and fresh. Place needs a massive renovation but, being Venice, they know they don’t have to. Feels like they’ve taken that sentiment to the max. Unbelievably disappointed in this place.

The room was spacious and clean. The window opens up tona green space. The sounds of the ferries and an occasional dog is all you hearvat night. The check-in was complicated. The location was away from the busy section but close enough to walk to the touristbattractions. Plumbing to be worked on.

You really can not ask for a better location or view. There’s a water taxi station right outside your door. We didn’t need it because everything was less than a 15 minute walk. Tons of restaurants to choose from. The only hiccup was check in. They will not respond to emails for some reason so you must call. They let us drop off the bags until the 3:00 check in, which was nice.

Location is good. The rest is terrible. On entrance like you get in some bunker. Nobody there to check in. It took 2 hours to get into the room. It's not what you see on the pictures. Extremely dirty, out dated, mold, water barely running....... NO AIR CONDITIONING. Did not sleep a minute all night. Try to call customer service - no respond Next day we run away to another hotel. Real nightmare. Even if they let you stay for free - do not spoil your vacations.

This Hotel is next to a S. Samuele station in Vaporetto and you can walk from Santa Lucia Station too. There is check-in transaction you need to do prior arriving. There is one staff in the morning until 2:30pm doing cleaning but all the logistics are handle by someone no onsite. Calling and emails works great. They allow us to leave my luggage prior check in time and after checkout. This was very appreciated. My AC was on but did not felt it was cooling. It was hot and the bottom part of the room was humid. Not sure if it was expected as the bottom floor is literally below water...The overall place was clean. Location is great and price too!

This is an unstaffed hotel in a mixed-use building. The location is not central but very close to Peggy Guggenheim and the academic gallery, literally several minutes. I highly recommend the Moro Cafe for breakfast or for a snack - very close by. I believe some rooms overlook the canal, ours didnt, but it overlooked a very nice garden. The room was clean, the shower was hot, the towels were fluffy. A hairdrier was very handy as we were soaked and it helped dry our shoes. There was black mold in the shower as there doesnt seem to be any ventilation. We visited in autumn and it was warm enough without heating and we didnt need air conditioning, which I dont believe there was any. The checkin was a bit complicated as the door doesnt open and you need to call the emergency number several times and checkin online. Its all a bit nervewracking and at first I even thought we maight have been scammed, but in the end it turned out to be alright. I may even stay again, who knows :)

No one is on property. You need to fill out a form before u get an access code. The person who finally assisted us sounded like they were from a third world country.The room was very hot and there was zero signage. Location would be the the highest score I can offer. I’m surprised that Expedia offers this hotel as it’s sub par at best
