Lovely small hotel. Very clean and quiet plus large bathroom with plenty of storage. Good breakfast and we enjoyed the outdoor terrace for eating. Air conditioning was appreciated as we were there during early August heatwave. Excellent area, not busy and easy access to bus and train. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel, we had a very nice room with big windows facing a garden. The location is great to reach from the station with luggage, great to reach all other parts of the old city.

Everything about the stay was wonderful- quiet place, away from crowds yet not too far, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and amenities, and decent breakfast. For an early departure, the staff allowed us to pack some breakfast. The only small suggestion is to improve the tub/shower door as some water leaks out on the floor.

The property is situated on a small, quiet walkway while still very near lots of shops, eateries, etc. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful balcony for enjoying early morning coffee with a view in the fresh air. We walked to St. Marks and several places on the Grand Canal. Just one note: the building has no elevator, so beware.
