I'd recommend this property if travelling to Venice, the room was large, clean and tidy room, very well located to travel around! We had a late check-in around 12.30am - 1am, make sure you let the property know when you arrive, but expect to wait and there isn't a breakfast even though the picture shows one.
The location of this place is terrific; just a short walk from the Mestre train station, where we took a 10-15 minute ride into Venice. The room is near excellent Chinese restaurants and is in a fascinating neighborhood, with a wide variety of immigrants. The room was clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space. We enjoyed the room's balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty for Seniors like us is that the rooms are up two steep staircases, but after we'd hauled our luggage up there, the problem became much less stressful.

Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep.
All rooms are on the first floor of a small building in a quiet road just four minutes from the Mestre train station where you can get trains to Venice for 1.5€. It is also just two minutes from a bus stop where you can catch the number 2 bus that also go to Venice for the same 1.5€ tariff. My room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom benefited from a window. Air conditioning worked well and there was a small fridge. There is also available a communal kitchen with a larger fridge, hob, kettle, crockery, etc. There are plenty of restaurants within five minutes walking and a large and convenient supermarket within two. Beds are a bit too soft for my taste but not uncomfortable. Rooms get tidied and towels changed daily providing you leave by 10 am. Staff are not on site all the time but they are flexible and very helpful. Wi fi is poor and should be improved but other than that I was very satisfied and would certainly stay there again should I return to Venice.
This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment complex. The facility is an apartment separated into rentable rooms. The “lobby” is the living room of the apartment. The staff are not there as they work several of these properties. The Expedia messaging platform is in the “lobby” unmanned and they will not see messages for hours. I was finally able to call the boss who very rude, cut me off mid sentence and sent his coworker over to let us in. Somehow we were able to get into the front door of the apartment complex but then didn’t know where to go as there are no check in instructions. We waited 40 min for The coworker to arrive. If my daughter and I had had to wait outside that length of time at night, I would’ve gone to a different hotel. The coworker was very apologetic and helpful in getting us settled. The rooms itself was great with everything we needed, checkin was just very rocky.
Check-in could have been a little better. But the space was clean and it was very easy to get to the train station to reach Santa Lucia Station in Venice.

Its not a hotel,it’s an apartment with four bedrooms and reception that never has anyone to help you.
Decent stay and close to the Mestre station. Not very obvious to find as the hotel is in an apartment complex and there is no big sign board in front. The staff sits somewhere else and they arrive only when called. The city tax is 4 euro per person per day and not 1 euro per person per day as mentioned in hotels.com. The bed was not the best and was sinking inside in the middle.
The room itself is good.
There was a city taxi which is £1.4 per adult per night, not applicable for kids under 10. I stayed three nights ( 2 adult with a kid at 8), should pay £8.4 but the staff asked us for £18 and without receipt!
I also aware another group of people tried to check-in in afternoon, however there was no staff at that moment. I could not let them in and not sure how long they waited...
Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen. Hellhörige Zimmer. Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter.
