Excellent accommodation in the heart of Venice. We were in a family suite with heaps of room and access to all amenities. We were on the 4th floor but lucky enough to have a lift up to our apartment. Absolutely loved our first time stay in Venice.

We really loved our stay. Great location, huge modern apartment, great price. The keyless entry can be a little frustrating due to slow wifi, but other than that we have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was spotless, absolutely charming, clean and spacious! Plenty of space with kitchen. Booked 2 rooms with their own separate bath/showers - so complete privacy. Air conditioning was really a true blessing considering it was around 32-34 degrees in Venice ( August ). Property smelled really good and refreshes you after a long day of walking

We had 3 apartments for 13 people. Very reasonable price. The property was pristine and in a perfect location. Luggage storage near by. Host communicated often. 2 minute walk to water taxi transfers. I wish we could stay longer.

One of the bathroom although clean is in disrepair. The curtain in the shower had a stain but otherwise the apartment was clean and well appointed. The location was spectacular. I would highly recommend for large groups. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and located right on the canal.
