On arrival we were assigned room this smelt of cigarette smoke - initially staff offered to spray we insisted change which was arranged. Staff however did not apologise of show any interest. New room was great for us although other friends booked in another room reported issues with TV, kettle didn’t work and no shower gel. They also felt the cleaning could be improved. The other areas of the hotel were really good the pool was excellent. Breakfast was good with alot of choice. Overall it was okay to good for one night

What I liked / what was unique: * The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. * The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. * The host was responsive and welcoming. * A unique feature was the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful amenities, which made the stay feel relaxing and homelike. What I didn’t like: * The Wi-Fi could have been more reliable. * There was some noise at certain times of the day/night. * Parking was limited (if applicable). * Other than a few minor issues, there wasn’t much to dislike.
