It was wonderful to sat at Nina's! The room, the location, the external bathroom, everything was top notch. Rinata was so helpful as well, it just felt we were staying at friends' home. Unfortunately one of the house guests behaved inappropriately in the middle of the night coming back intoxicated and waking everybody up- but that is something no lodging place can prevent - nor is it their fault. It was a lovely stay and i would come back any time.

Absolutely will be staying here again! And I would recommend all my friends to stay here. If you’re looking for affordable, quiet and close to the train station this is it! Nina and her husband were amazing, amazing hosts, and we had an amazing time! Please come try it

First off the staff was great! If you’re arriving by train and don’t mind walking everywhere this property is for you. We never used any boats for transportation everything we walked to and it was great! Some of the bigger attractions are somewhat of a walk but it allows you to see Venice, so if you don’t mind you’ll love this location. It’s literally 5 min walk to the train station, super convenient! Property was awesome and made check in a breeze compared to so many places I’ve stayed at in Italy unless it’s a hotel obviously. I don’t remember her name but she was so sweet and she keeps the property so clean. We loved her! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great!

Nina was very friendly and everything went well! We first didn't even have the breakfast thing but Nina was very kind and gave it to us without extra charge! Room was clean, also the bathroom. Very nice! Weather was bit rainy during our visit and I noticed that the room could have a good use for some kind of rug. So the shoes won't carry the dirt that much. Also I don't know about the other rooms but a rack for hanging clothes would be also very useful in the room. Luckily there were a lot of hengars! Otherwise really liked everything. Location was also great! Thank you Nina for amazing service!

部屋が綺麗で、シャワーやトイレの水回りも問題なくとてもいい滞在だった ニーナさんは親切でステイまでの事前のやり取りもスムーズにでき不安なく当日を迎えられた。英語が苦手でも丁寧に説明してくれるので滞在中も快適に過ごせた。 駅からは8分ほど歩くけど、スーパーが近くにあったり、すぐ近くにお店があったり、ベネチアらしさを感じられる場所だった
