8/10 Good

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
My stay at this hotel was acceptable overall. The room was clean, but a few inconveniences affected the experience. Some facilities could use better maintenance and access, or desk work until late, and certain aspects of the service were not as smooth as expected. The hotel met my basic needs, but there is definitely room for improvement. While I did not have a bad experience, I also did not find anything particularly exceptional. It is a reasonable option for a short stay, especially if location and price are the main priorities.

Clean room, great location from train terminal. Stairs to get to hotel. No elevator. We never saw the front desk staff during supposed business hours. They contacted us via WhatsApp to give the door code and room numbers. The key was hanging in the door. Tried to find someone for check out but no one there and no response on WhatsApp.
