Although a bit out of the way and off a very busy road. The accommodation was basic but clean. Fausto the owner was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Gorgeous restaurant opposite the B&B (good job as there was nothing else in the area) bus service into Venice was frequent and reasonably priced . All in all a great weekend.

This is a family run business, and they were very friendly and accommodating. They gave great advice for visiting Venice, and the breakfast was quite nice. They took extra time and effort to make it pleasant for the guests. The Mrs. makes amazing cakes too! Watch out for the cappucino if you're not ready for a jolt :) I recommend staying here if you want to see Venice! It's 20 min by car/bus. 5 minute drive to City Parking then hop the bus into Venice.

Fausto and family were the nicest people you could meet . Nothing was any trouble for them they would go out of their way to help you . Gave us all the information and map for Venice and bus times . He would take us in his car to the bus stop and drop us . You left the B and B feeling you had made a friend it didn’t feel like a business they were running . Can’t thank Fausto enough .

Highly recommend for the short stay in Venice!

Fausto and his wife are very nice. He picked us up no matter where we were when we got lost. He treated us like his child to take care and feel like staying at home. The room was clean and spacious with pretty decoration. It also provided the tasty breakfast for every morning, especially for the homemade cake! (Must try and cannot miss) He had also provided useful travel tips and information in Venice. You can ask him for any questions, and he will try his best to answer. Worth to stay with no regrets!

La simpatia del proprietario, che, peraltro, non risponde agli sms, non compensa una scarsa attenzione alla polvere (la cui eliminazione non è certo facilitata dall'accozzaglia di ninnoli e suppellettili varie, del tutto inutili, che riempiono la stanza) e l'inadeguatezza del bagno, privo di bidet e con una doccia davvero difficile da affrontare, la cui vetustà induce ancor più un senso di carenza di pulizia. Nel complesso il prezzo è del tutto sproporzionato, specie se si considera la zona, priva di ogni attrattiva, lontana da qualsiasi area di interesse e molto trafficata.
