Without a doubt, i really love this place. Perfect location. We came in early, thinking we are just gonna drop our luggages in the property and walk around, but they allowed us to checked in and got into our room right away. View is awesome. For me this is 11/10. It may not be perfect to somebody, but to me and my wife. It's a must place to stay again when in Venezia!

Charming Guest House in San Marco!

Charming guest house in a great location in the middle of San Marco! Super close to St. Mark’s Square, the Rialto Bridge, the Grand Canal etc., but in a quiet non-touristy area. Was really perfect for our stay!

Good location in Venice. Easy to get there from vaparetto from the train. Staff gave us good email, detailed information on how to get to hotel. Staff available only through screen monitor, except on arrival.

Coffees in the morning on our little balcony

Just had a lovely time in Venice, hotel was easy to find and room was comfable with a little balcony. Enough space for us to sit to have coffees in the morning Bathroom was well appointed with complimentary soaps etc Location perfect only 10 mins from major spots. Great little bar near for a drink/food and live music. We had a very pleasant stay here .

Close to lots of things, including shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a gondola stop, which was very convenient and allowed us to have the quintessential Venice experience. Not too far from the major sights, like St. Mark's Square. It was clean and had nice amenities, including an espresso machine in the room. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—close to everything—shopping and restaurants. One of the highlights was the special touch of complimentary snacks and espresso machine, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great. Super close walk to all the touristy areas. The hotel was also very clean. However the beds and pillows were awful. Be prepared to sleep on springs and extremely flat pillows. It was always painful to turn over in bed because you had springs digging into your ribs.
