「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues...

When you are looking for excellence this place goes above that. I have worked for luxury hotels and this place highly impressed me. It was my wife’s birthday and first trip back to Italy in 20 plus years. With availability they upgraded our room from the extreme comfort of the bed, amazing view of the town, bar stocked with beverages....

「Stayed here 11 years ago and just recently. Night manager remembered us!! Came to stay just one night before a very early flight out of MarcoPolo airport. Lovely ground floor room with patio. Comfortable bed. Transport to airport (24 hrs) $15/1person or 2. Nice bar. 」
