Specially, Anjana helped me to wear a saree for a friend’s wedding. The room is beautiful with the pool view. The breakfast buffet could be improved though. The food was average. But overall, recommended place to stay. "

"Lovely location amongst lush green gardens. Staff were great, especially the restaurant team, who made us feel at home. Loved afternoon tea, watching the sunset at the lakeside. Trips from the hotel are pricey, but we walked to the bridge and jumped on boats to explore the lake and backwaters. "

"unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The room was noticeably dusty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and comfort of the environment. More concerning was the discovery of bed bugs in the bed The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, offering limited options and lacking in quality. Based on these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements for future guests. "
