「Friendly staff, great room」

「We stay every year when we visit our family in Europe. It is literally steps from Orly terminal 4. Its convenient, clean and has great customer service. Wish the dinner buffet would open at 6pm and not 645pm. Just a small suggestion.」

「Excellent」

「We have stayed in the Grand Hotel in Le Plessis-Robinson for many years. The "revamp", which was carried out a couple of years ago, improved an already excellent hotel. We cannot believe that it is not rated 5 stars, because it should be!!」

「The room had aunts, but other than that everything was fine. The airport shuttle was good to,have.」

「great location! Very nice and friendly staffs!」

「We had a great and comfortable stay back in 2023, so we decided to return. Unfortunately, this stay wasn't as good as before. The facilities seem a bit neglected, and the carpet especially feels old and unclean. It was a bit of a disappointment this time.」
