「Air conditioning was not strong enough to keep cool. Pot to boil water for coffee had boiled milk left in it. Loved the little balcony. Staff were super responsive and very helpful. Thank goodness there was a little elevator because it is up a lot of stairs!」

Lots of wonderful restaurants on the same block and supermarket across the street for essentials and snacks was great! Would highly recommend and would stay there again next time in Rome.」

「The room was spacious, with the couch and the tv. The bed was okay too. However, the place needed to be cleaned better. The floors were sticky and the bathroom also needed some deep cleaning. Some of our towels were stained. Only 2 caffeinated coffee pods were provided per day and no mugs only plastic cups. Same with the body wash. We only saw the staff once to ask for the city tax when we still had our backpacks on. I thought perhaps they could have waited a few minutes for us to enter and get...

「The best thing was that it is right outside the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. Expedia says breakfast included, it wasn’t. Not enough hot water pressure in the faucet and took too long to get the hot water. Dated furniture. The manager, Cynthia was very helpful and speaks very good English. No front desk. 」
