「Very Low Flexibility of Check in Time and unhelpful staff when I told them I cannot arrive before 6pm and there are no other solution. And I cannot do anything to my reservation and I need to book another hotel at once on that day by myself. Streets nearby are also dangerous as there are many thieves.」

「Do not get a bad impression from outside, you need to check in next door , at Hotel viola, reception is open 24/7. the rooms are in a block next door, our quadruple had two spacious rooms , one bathroom and one also had a jacuzzi inside it!, 4 minutes away from alibus stop, and napoli centrali train and metro station, also the restaurant below has awesome pizza and very reasonable prices. will definetely re book there if need be,」
