"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot. It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"A lovely stay at this property with our 2 year old.The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good There are steep hills to access the property by car or foot so bear that in mind but we managed fine with a pram and a car its just worth noting Handy to have laundry facilities on site aswell. "Staff was friendly, property location is beautiful- The internet didn’t work in our room or side of the resort and the food was less than ideal, the food options were limited. After spending 10 days in other parts of Italy (sorento and Florence) and hotels, this was probably our least favorite."

"This place is amazing! The grounds are meticulously maintained. The food for all meals was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the wine & EVOO tasting. If the weather cooperates I fully suggest doing the picnic lunch/dinner in the vineyard with your partner The staff was very attentive"

"The front desk staff was helpful. This hotel seems to have a lot of groups that can keep the elevators busy creating long wait times. Our room service breakfast order was never picked up thus breakfast never arrived. Good bed. No airport shuttle but taxis readily available."

"Super emplacement! Très beau et charmant!! Bien situé, facilement accessible en voiture et près des stationnements du village de San Gimignano! Le personnel de l'hôtel nous ont fait de bonnes recommandations et nous ont même donné en temps réel le nombre de places de stationnement au village!! Confortable et chaleureux! Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent aussi! Belle piscine et environnement incroyable pour le déjeuner également! Bref, nous avons eu un bon moment de détente. Nous recommandons fortement!!"

"We were astounded that so many things were not available at this 5 star Hotel when we arrived to 5 days there, where the temperature (as forecasted) was between 28-34 degrees. 1. No Airconditioning in room or elsewhere (apparently a local restriction to do with pollution??? But I went to another hotel to investigate (The Social Hub hotel) where is was fully air conditioned. No mention on Hotels.com website about it. 2. Not allowed in Pool until 1st June (arguably when checking small print on hotels.com website it does say that) but if I put that as one of my search criteria and the the date I'm going, I expect a pool..., again we're told it's a local restriction but the pool was open at The Social Hub Hotel..??? Other problems were, no food available on Sunday evening, had to get reception order us a delivery Pizza, Spa wasn't open and the bareness of it looked like it hadn't been for a while. We were offered a bottle of Prosecco in apology for no pool and on the designated terrace we had to use to sunbath on the Friday. We then decided to drive to the beach an hour or so away for the next 2 days as the terrace was either full shade early in the day or full fun with no shade later in the day. When we thought we'd give the terrace another go on the Monday all our towels, Prosecco bottle and glasses were still there from the Friday, no one had even cleared them up!!! The manager and staff were apologetic and I blame the OWNERS and Hotels.com for bad info and policies."

"The most beautiful views!! 360 degrees to the Tuscany hills. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast with delicious bread facing the valley and town. It is the most relaxing place you will find around. Did not get into the pool as the weather was playing tricks on, but the place is so wonderful that you don’t even need the pool. Awesome place"
