"Lovely hotel with great facilities, including a large pool and access to a clean beach. My only small criticisms is that there is no evening entertainment at the hotel and everyone disappears after dinner. There are now few western tourists staying at the hotel and so the food (very spicy!) and limited activities are aimed at the domestic market. "

"Breakfast was so fresh and delicious . Everything was so freshly cooked and service provided by the staff was so good. Breakfast was full of variety like fresh fruits, South Indian, North Indian , Italian food, non-vegetarian food, fresh and delicious juices and smoothies was the cherry on the cake. Overall it was a great experience and we loved it. Special thanks to the Chef for variety in food menu and for baking delicious sign-off Cake for us."

"Staff and front desk were very hospitable. Shomit and Sruti provided us with great tourist spots to visit. The restaurant staff and Amel checked in on your needs and provided great service and care. The picnic by the pool was a lovely treat and a great way to enjoy the weather and pool amenities. Benalium beach is a 100m walk with various food options. "

"Excellent hospitality. Shuttle service for to and fro from varca is seamless. Would definitely prefer them as my first preference for stay in south goa. Also the food was too good. Couldn't find something to complain about."

"Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor"

"All the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating even though we had a big group. Pool and restaurant was good. Worth the price, would definitely come back. Great place to stay!! "

"Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The exhaust fan was not working as well"

"Quiet seaside property with private access to the beach from the rooms. Courteous staff. They can improve the condition of the restaurent. It is also a bit pricey."
