「Friendly staff and nice view」

「I recently stayed at the Grand Eastern Hotel in Labasa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I booked for two nights but had to check out a day early due to a serious maintenance issue. The bathroom hand basin pipe was damaged and leaking continuously, creating a loud noise that made it impossible for my family to sleep. I reported the problem to staff immediately, but was told tojust leave it leaking. The next morning, I raised the issue again and a worker came to inspect, but...

「Unfortunately the room had a leaking toilet. No antenna on the TV, therefore not working. Kitchen very small. Room although clean but requires better furniture. Pillows uncomfortable. Ceiling fan not working but air conditioning working. View from bedroom great but water leaking off roof onto balcony making it slippery. Some staff helpful」

「酒店不大，只有六间客房，位置在一个静静的港湾里，我和儿子在这里度过了11天的愉快时光。我们来的时候正值雨季，雨经常一下就是一整天。房间周围都是树木，就像生活在森林里空气十分清新。5月底至9月是旱季，希望躲过雨季的朋友可以选择这个时段。娱乐项目以水上为主，潜水或者浮潜，划独木舟，骑水上摩托。我喜欢静静的待在酒店里，对着大海发发呆，对于生活在大城市的我们来说也是一种奢侈吧。儿子喜欢逮海滩上的螃蟹以及各种昆虫，十天的时间感觉转眼就过去了。这里出入外界都需要乘船，可能有人会感觉闭塞，我却很享受这份静谧。酒店的员工都非常热情友善，小酒店就有这点好，感觉相处下来好像一家人一样，离别的时候竟有些不舍」
