Budget friendly hotel. Rooms are a little dated but you get what you pay for. Free breakfast is a plus but you get one serve from kitchen. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

This was my second time staying at Galaxy Hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern and up to date, which made it comfortable. The only issue we had was with the bathroom door, but it was promptly fixed. Overall, a pleasant experience once again.

The hotel had all rooms booked out despite making booking via Expedia 2 months in advance. This place is run by amateurs. Not to be trusted. If it wasnt for good samaritans I would have no place to go. Expedia was like we will refund you. Not helpful at all to find alternatives.

Nice looking hotel that’s about it!

First intentions of the hotel upon arrival is lovely until you look at the little details, the beds are rock hard, water doesn’t work come out of tap all the time and hot water cuts out in shower, balcony slide doors do not lock, stuff are useless and don’t really care and the WiFi doesn’t work, only up side is the A/C works

Do not recommend to family

Extremely dirty rooms with bathroom rotting and shower head just fell off during the shower. Excellent friendly staff who weren’t able to help in most cases.

No or few towels in the bathroom Property needs repairs bathroom faucets leaks there was a cockroach on the shower floor. Looks pretty on the website realty is different. Staff not helpful I had to drag my suitcase downstairs. Never staying there again.

Clean, but uncomfortable

This was a last minute booking as we had an early morning flight out of Labasa. Other hotels were booked. We knew this hotel wasn't fancy - we were okay with that. On the positive side, it was clean and the shower worked well. Also, the A/C worked well and was welcome after staying in an island village for the prior 5 days. On the negative side, the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Also, the toilet had an internal leak and we could hear the drip, drip, drip all night long - even with the bathroom door closed.

Dirty. Falling apart. Dodgy workmanship. Poor Construction. Smelly bathroom. Hard mattress. Not much amenities. One hair dyer shared with rest of the hotel. Old torn towels always short supply. Very poor wifi/internet. Ants. Restaurant service was ok. No variety for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

There was no towels of any kind as we checked in. No phone, stain on the towels. To noisy Very conjusted, not enough space to work around.given stove towel to wipe our body after bath. I will never go to this hotel any more. Very dirty. No elevator. Front desk staff are completely lost. They should give me discounts and reimburse the money.
