Very friendly and helpful staff, check in and out process was smooth, room was very clean, hotel in a really good location (quite central). The only one less point from me is that there are no kettles in the rooms, so you have to go downstairs to get hot water to make tea or a hot drink.

I booked a superior room and boy was I glad I did. We were on the top floor, level 12 and the views over the water towards the mountains, Arctic cathedral, cable car were superb. Great stay, super helpful friendly staff, really clean modern hotel. We loved staying here, it was also in a great accessibly location. They gave a lot of extras in the room etc but we found the minibar to be incredibly expensive. Other hotels also had little bites to eat and tea/coffee free of charge ...
