「Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. 「I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish.
