「The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. 」

「Pine Hill Eco Lodge is in an excellent location but it’s up a rather steep hill so it’s best to take a Grab car when out shopping. The two room cabin is wonderful BUT the stairs to each bed room are VERY Steep so please consider a different room if you have issues with stairs. The front staff were amazing and helped us with tickets and even ordering a birthday cake. 「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」
