「I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Landmark 81, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access everything in Ho Chi Minh City. The security is top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay at all times. The apartment itself is modern and equipped with all the amenities one could need. One of the best features is the high-floor view, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I...

「Good variety of food in breakfast. 」

「The check in process went very smooth. Good communication, safe and secure building. Apartment itself was okay. We had two bedrooms. The main bedroom the bed was like sleeping on plywood it was very hard! Only two pillows in the whole place. The second bedroom the bed was the same but not even made or anything because there was only two of us and assumed we wouldn’t use it. The other thing was we stayed 3 nights and had a total of two towels. No hand towels or washcloths at all. Found...

「I got key card for elevator, password for the room but no one help for registering fingerprint for the door on ground floor. I have to wait for someone to help open the door for me to get in. It’s very basic support that the management team should do. My blanket has the smell of not dry after washing but I got a replacement of blanket after I ask for help. Besides this everything is good.」

「This was a disastrous experience. The apartment messaged me two days before my departure asking for my WhatsApp number, which I provided immediately. However, I never heard back from them after that, not even via WhatsApp. The check-in instructions stated that I could contact their virtual assistant upon arrival. To my shock, the virtual assistant replied saying they could not find anyone to provide the room keys and offered a refund as the only solution. I arrived at the airport at 10:00 PM...

「Second times here. Excellent experience. You will never need to think about the food, they are everywhere」

「Room is just like your home, could be dusty but not dirty. Staff very nice but late at check in」

「The check-in process was delayed due to insufficient staff, instructions to check in was not clear. The place was not 100% as pictured, too much graphic. The place could be more cleaned and maintained better. I would not stay here again in the future, luckily we only had to stay for 2 nights.」
