"We arrived late and it was nice to have a late welcome and be shown straight to our room. The room was spacious with two large comfy armchairs, a very large and comfortable bed with clean sheets. Tje nice surprise was a complimentary bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. Also very welcome. There was a large deep soak bath with candles and matches which we made use of. Overall a very nice relaxing stay. "

"FANTASTIC STAY!!! The room was beautiful, the views of the mountains and clouds every morning was a delight to see. After booking I saw a couple of mixed reviews but honestly this stay exceeded my expectations. And the gym was GREAT! Amazing set up - has everything you need for a decent workout. Breakfast had a great range each morning and had dinner one night at the reesturant and the portion was huge! "

"This is our second visit to the hotel as we love the decor and vibe of the hotel. We stayed in the gatehouse in a comfort double queen room. Rooms are done very nicely, the room we were in was spacious with a new bathroom. Staff pleasant and worked hard A nice outdoor bar with plenty of seating inside and outdoor to relax. Breakfast was good. Only down side was the food for evening and lunch meals although a good choice and reasonably priced the food itself was a bit of a let down as it was not upto the same quality. Close to Stell Bosch center, root 44 market and vineyards "
