「The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! 」

「The entire building smelled and looked dirty. Our room had little to no lighting since all bulbs were burnt out other than the lamps by our beds. Everywhere we looked in our room had things from past stays that were not picked up or cleaned. I will try my hardest to avoid Days Inn moving forward. 」
