「We had a family suit. The hotel and the suit were very clean. The breakfast is served inside the room. Wifi speed was good without interuptions. There is no daily housekeeping, but they provide the guests with what they need.」

「We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」

「Amazing staff. Problems: We booked interconnected rooms and even double checked and they confirmed but when arrived realized they were planning on building interconnected rooms in the future! Instructions for free transport from the airport were really poor and took us a lot of questions to find it and even then had to wait some time 」

「My parents stayed at this hotel one night before they flew from the airport. The room was clean and had everything they needed. Staff has been very helpful. Only downside is that the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel, as my dad would have had to buy lunch and dinner from outside of the hotel . I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the hotel description, if not, it should be. But the breakfast is very enjoyable. 」
