Situation of hotel is good and the breakfast has a good variety. The problems are that there is not transparence with prices the charged us 200 TL for 2 pool bonnet. The staff didn t warn us before. There was a camera un the swimmingpool which could be cleaner. Also the are not price list of minibar, so we paid 120 TL for a small packet of nuts. Furthermore you could hear your neighbours in their rooms so these could be better insonorized

Bathrooms looked clean, but bed sheets no as much. Floor carpets are filthy. Bath room door knob was broken and my partner got stock in it while I was out of room. Water got shut off once, WiFi was weak, and strong smell of cigarette forced me to change room. Not a good overall experience.

There was an issue with the shower flooding the bathroom and the hair dryer overheated. When I asked for another hair dryer to get ready for my son’s wedding I was told no. They asked us to leave the breakfast area because we were only drinking coffee. The breakfast was at best average.

Das Hotel ist fünf Jahre alt, aber das Zimmer, in dem ich untergebracht war, hatte einen starken Kanalgeruch aus dem Badezimmer, der ins Zimmer zog. Das sollte unbedingt überprüft werden. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass der Pool des Hotels überhaupt nicht dem entspricht, was auf den Fotos gezeigt wird. Der Luftaustausch im Pool war überhaupt nicht gut.

Valeyi receptiona gidip sormanız lazım, özel park yeri yoktu etrataki caddelere parkediyorlar. Oda temizliği istedim sular yenilenmemişti,çarşaf değişmemişti sadece yastıkları düzelmişler gibi düşenebilirsiniz. Belki bu aksilikler bana mı denk geldi bilemiyorum ama konaklamam böyle geçti.

Séjour très sympa

Séjour tres agréable. Service coiffure et massage excellent. Piscine ok mais pas exceptionnel. Le staff étaient très sympa et accueillantes.
