I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel, and it made my 11-day stay in Hanoi very enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. They also provided many excellent tour suggestions that helped me make the most of my visit.
The hotel's welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service made my stay comfortable and memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I will let them know that they should stay here if they ever visit Hanoi.

The room was cleaned and well kept daily. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning room was great. The complimentary breakfast surpassed my expectations. Great location that is centrally located in the old quarter of Hanoi. Family friendly and safe location for travel. I would highly recommend!!
