"Very nice staff. Rooms are very clean. However, be advised this hotel is directly across from Bologna Centrale. It is loud outside 24/7. Horns honking, people screaming all hours of the night and day. It is a very convenient location for using trains to travel. We did day trips to Milan, and Florence. However, the trade off is the noise in the area. Also, their buffet style breakfast was great as well."

"The location to the train station could not have been better, it's literally across the street! The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the checkout time was generous. Beds were comfy but the pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot and I was thankful that the windows worked, since the AC they advertised on Expedia did not work, nor did the phones to call reception about it. I believe there might be local laws preventing it, but I stayed in a much cheaper place the night before and didn't experience a lack of AC. Basically you have to choose between the blackout curtains or being a little more comfortable. The lack of AC was the only real issue. Everything else was nice."
