「We had trouble checking in, and the apartment is in bad condition (mold smell, etc). The area around is safe and there is nearby shopping. The highlight is the terrace of the building, with a great view of Viña and Valparaiso.」

「Poor communication with the owner of the suite. First thing they told me in the reception when I got there was "This is not an hotel. You should know what apartment you're renting". Danilo the owner didn't say a word (not a reachable phone as well) till 4pm on the day of the check-in. Make sure to have cash for the chip (THEY ONLY GIVE YOU ONE) to get in and out of the building. Parking spot is very small so please be aware of that too. A lot of plugs on the apartment didn't work. There was only...
