"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. "Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."

"This hotel was much closer to the train station that I had first thought. Clean and welcoming. Luca was very friendly and polite. He stored our bags until our room was ready. He informed us about local places to eat etc and marked on the map. He told us we had been given a free upgrade with a city view and balcony. The view was the highlight, wow!! The only downside was that the room was so noisy!! The trams run very late through the night and make so much noise. At first we thought it was the trains but defijitely the trams which run by the hotel. This was an issue the first night but our 2nd night, we were so exhausted we slept through most of it. The room itself was basic but clean. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is probably not for you. But having said all that, it was convenient for the station and walkable to the centre, very close by. Breakfast was nice too, plenty choices."

"Kudos!!! to the manager Antonio Remaschi My stay at the Baglioni was a very pleasant one ! I have to put this on record, the best shower pressure ever :-) truly a treat. I didn’t have a great start during my stay with some confusion regarding drinking water and a staff member ( a lady ) on the 5th floor reception sounding rude and almost dismissive of my concern. Hopefully this is looked into. However the floor manager was kind and resolved my issue. The breakfast was lavish and delightful! The complimentary wine was a special touch. I will definitely be coming back here !"
