"Breakfast was very limited at 7am when the breakfast starts at 6:30am and the bread wasnt going to be replenished. My room was supposed to be a queen bed but in fact it was a full size bed. The rooms space was horrible, we could barely move to get into the bed, there was no closet space for our luggage or a portable luggage holder. We had ants in the room. limited towels and small to wrap around the body. No free wifi and the front counter folks were just not all that helpful or friendly, there were rude to some folks there in the morning. And they had peopel waiting on them and no bell to ring to get service. I will not go back there again."

"The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff were amazing with a strong focus on customer service and support. The pool and hot tub got a lot a use. The property was very well maintained!"

"The refrigerator in the room was so terribly noisy it was impossible to sleep with it on. The time on night side table clock hadn't been adjusted for Daylight Savings Time. There doesn't seem to be any good way to prop the door open. When you first get there, finding the light switches in the inner rooms is rather difficult. At breakfast, the hot water dispenser didn't dispense any hot water. There are two big bowls that were labeled as being supposed to contain fresh fruit. There was no fruit whatsoever, this around 8:30 AM. One of the two elevators was always out of service, even during the crowded checkout period."

"I come over from Nevada every 2 weeks to stay there the weekend. An issue that needs to be addressed is with housekeeping staff. I always pay for late check out which is at noon, bearing in mind that maid service is requested they don't automatically just come clean your room. But I had repeated knocks on the doors starting at 9:00 a.m. from made staff. I paid for late checkout which is at noon and the door knocking begins about 10:30. This morning on Sunday we're repeated knocks on the door starting at 10:30 all the way up until we checked out at noon. This is not acceptable in any way shape or form we harassed about made staff getting into your room, when maid service is upon request and we had filed for late check out. You can have the room when we're done with it at noon until then it is not necessary to keep knocking. Kind of pissed me off actually. Other than that it's a great place to stay. But this will be addressed at a higher corporate level"

"Breakfast cafe was quaint with a nice variety and very ressonably priced. It was open from 0630am until early evening so very convenient. Needs more seating! Room was large, in a beaitiful setting and very clean. 2 queens with lots os space and beds were super comfortable. Bathtub a little steep and not easy to step in and out of for two over 70 ladies. Staff? As friendly and sweet as they could all be. Wasn't there long enough to use the spa."
