"The walls were so thin, we could hear the people above us stomping around at 6am and then housekeeping was laughing and hollering at each other out in the hallway like all morning right outside our door. "

"The room was clean and everyday housekeeping was a nice add-on. Everything worked, nothing was broken, good water pressure of the shower. Central location. Everything is in a walkable distance. The only one thing that didn't bother much, but the isolation was not that good, I could hear upstairs guests using their bathroom, flushing toilet, etc."

"Planned a week away to Moab. I looked and chose the Bedt Western based on price, breakfast and the need for a hot tub. I had a wrist injury I needed therapy on.. thus the hot tub!! I even asked when I booked it if it was open! But when we got there they said it was closed for repairs… and the information I got about the tub being opened came from Expedia… and that is not reliable info!!!!??? Was there 7 nights and never reopened. Other things of BW were good!"
