"El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, con fácil acceso al transporte público, lo que permite moverse cómodamente por la ciudad aunque esté un poco alejado del centro. La habitación era cómoda y cumplía con lo esperado. Como aspecto negativo, solicitamos en varias ocasiones que limpiaran la habitación y solo lo hicieron una vez durante toda nuestra estadía. No utilizamos las instalaciones ni otros servicios del hotel, por lo que no podemos opinar sobre ellos. En general, fue una experiencia aceptable, aunque deberían mejorar el servicio de limpieza."

"I look for any and every speck and spot, bug, stain and gross thing when staying in hotels etc. I found nothing at this hotel. I was so comfortable and relieved to not be disturbed by any unsightly things. Shower worked well, TV, window, lighting, elevators everything was in good shape. Heard no one until I went out…except the birds, they were noisy. The staff were unbelievably kind, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was better than most hotels in the U.S. and I would definitely stay here again. I can’t think of anything that I would complain about. Maybe a slight suggestion here or there but no complaints. The suggestion is for all hotels, airports and planes to install USB ports, this would help guests with adaptor issues. We all us the same ports for device chargers now."

"We stayed 2 nights. The room was spacious, but pretty basic. We are at Sally's both nights. The staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately their superiors, not so. I had emergency surgery 2 years ago, as a result I cannot eat a full portion. I asked if they did a half portion and was told no. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken slices. I managed half of the chicken and about 20% of the salad, which was mainly lettuce, with some cheese and croutons. There was no reason why they could not have done a quarter portion!! How difficult is it to put half a dozen small lettuce leaves on a plate with cheese and less than a handful of croutons!! What annoys me the most, is the goal waste of food. When so many people in the world are starving, yet companies give no consideration."

"Nice compact room. Clean and extremely soft bedding (had a very good night's sleep). The lounge, eating area and kitchen facilities were wonderful. I loved the free hot drinks machine. The hotel was a bit too remote for me. Far from shops and people. A lovely hotel in the middle of an industrial estate."

"The breakfast was really good even if it was basic. The staff was outstanding and so helpful. Unfortunately they were limited hours when they were available. Late arrivals are very difficult o maneuver."

"Hotel was great although further out from the city centre than I realised at booking. Have to use large zone city pass when staying. There wasn't much in the room but the beds were comfortable and good shower. Staff were really helpful throughout!"
