"The location is great, right in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was quite old but not bad. It will work for a quick stay but I would prefer a different one for two or more nights."

"Hotel is in good location, looks good initially in foyer area. But rooms are tired and need upgrades. Carpets numerous holes, wallpaper patchy with repairs, very few electrical sockets and only one near bed, no modern usb ports. Bedding & towels excellent quality. Good soaps & shampoo. No iron & board in room. Good breakfast. No English Channel on tv. Difficult to see why it is 4star. "

"What a difference compared to NH Cáceres! The room is clean, contemporary, cosy, warm. The bed is very comfortable, breakfast is very good and staff friendly. Well done! Wish we stayed longer. Next time- it’ll be choice number one for us, thank you!"
