Staff was very helpful, we came really late, but they took the time to give us information about the city and were to visit, to make our stay wonderful!
A beautiful room with a comfortable bed! Roberto was incredibly knowledgeable and we missed out on restaurant recommendations due to so many guests wanting his advice. The hotel location is perfect right off the plaza mayor. At this time they are able to comp parking at their public parkade. I wish we could stay for longer but will look forward to visiting again
We had a very warm welcome at reception both at check in and check out. Paloma at check in was amazing. She gave us a map and circled all the must see buildings. She also made restaurant recommendations. Lovely lady. In the room the bed was very comfortable and the linen crisp and clean. Would have liked another pillow. The bathroom was functional albeit a little dated. The dental and shaving packs were a great added extra. Overall great value for money.
The location is great, right in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was quite old but not bad. It will work for a quick stay but I would prefer a different one for two or more nights.
a very good hotel in centre, just behind Plaza Mayor. The parking under Plaza Mayor is very near and easy to find. The hotel have a good standard with nice staff.
We enjoyed Valladolid. The hotel is near La plaza mayor , but the parking is bellow the plaza. The town is all walkable, clean & nice to enjoy for a few days. We stayed for 2 days .
We were here for one night only, but room was very big, and comfortable. Shower was a little tight with the walls inside but overall it was good for what we needed.
Centrally located hotel with a long and interesting history and many original features. Our family room was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommended.
Great old style hotel in Valladolid, very near to Plaza Mayor. Huge rooms, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We happened to be there during the city wide celebration of the city’s patron saint which was celebrated with two nights of concerts that lasted until midnight, making the room quite noisy, but otherwise it was quiet and convenient with tons of great dining options nearby. The concierge was very helpful in mapping out a walking tour of the main sights of the city. We’d book again in an instant!
The hotel reception (Roberto) was exceptionally friendly and took time to explain the facilities of the hotel plus the sights around the lovely city of Valladolid. I got to see the monument of my hero Christopher Columbus too.
Had lovely meals and coffee around the city which are the bonus of our short visit to Valladolid
Hotel is in a great, central location, less than 50 mtrs from Plaza Mayor. Despite being so close, the hotel was not noisey during day or night time. I was fortunate to be there during Fiesta week (purely by chance) and the place was buzzing, including a free evening concert in the main square with James Blunt, another bonus.
The room was a good size, well sound insulated and a/c was working well.
The buffet breakfast had a wide choice of items that should satisfy most guests. The breakfast room also had the added bonus of a view over Plaza Mayor.
In summary a very good hotel, in an excellent location, no excessive noise, recommended.
The hotel has an excellent location right next to the main square in the city. We were greeted by Roberto at receptionwho was wonderful. As well as making our check-in smooth and effort-less he was a great source of information about the city. We often start our trips to a new city with a walking tour. Roberto talked us through all the important sights and gave us tips for restaurants and coffee shops. He was super.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel is in an excellent location in the old town. My room, although small, was clean. Same with the bathroom. One issue if you are in a lower floor is the noise at night from the bars/restaurants below. My only challange was the room temperature. Although the fan worked, the AC didn't. The breakfast is a good deal for the cost!
