「Location was the only good thing about this hotel as it is walking distance to central market and key sites. I sent a request to the hotel prior to check in to setup the extra bed but that did not happen. Had to wait for it to be setup later in the evening. Bed covers did not have duvet, just a thin sheet which was insufficient when AC is running. Staff were cold and surly with hardly a smile or greeting for the 4 days of our stay. Will choose a different hotel next time I visit Valencia.」

「Neues Hotel, freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück inkl top Personal. Tolles Zimmer ausgefüllter Kühlschrank. Gerne Wieder. Zentral gelegen, top zum Essen gehen.」

「Super zentral gelegen, tolle Lobby und Dachterasse. Mit Online Check In sogar gratis Getränke. Super nettes Personal!」

「Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We were accommodated in a room directly opposite the building entrance, despite the fact that the hotel knew we were travelling as a family with two young children. The noise was unbearable, practically 24 hours a day, making it extremely difficult to rest or sleep. On top of that, the bright illuminated KFC advertising sign directly outside the room was shining into the room throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep even with...

「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」

「The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).」

「We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was tidy at the first glance. They got welcome drinks. Good view from the windows, as it is very close to the art and science museum. Close to the supermarket. You could fill up water from the corridor to stay hydrate. This hotel is next to the mall, you could dine in from the restaurants there. Here are some of the cons of staying in this hotel: The toilet had some kind of smell from the pipe. For the housekeeping, the cleaners needed to have...
